Kirstin is highly experienced in helping small businesses, investors and individuals with all aspects of their accounting needs. She spends time understanding the key drivers and goals, then applies her expertise in accounting and advisory roles, establishing business structures, financial statement preparation, management reporting and tax compliance. She gained her experience at an independent firm and with one of the big four alongside others at DM&Co. She believes a culture of value, respect and appreciation leads to a positive work environment and great results for clients.
